Paola Casentini
Co-owner since 2000, managing director, began her career in the United States. Back in Italy, she continued her profession at American Express, contributing in first person with Joep van Belle to the creation and development of 'Motivation' in Rome. Paola is a member of MPI, Meeting Professionals International and Treasurer MPI Italy.

Margherita Ruggiero
Co-owner since 2000, director of marketing, Margherita has long been working in the conference and meetings organisation sector before happily joining 'Motivation' 12 years ago, bringing with her a consistent contribution to innovation in the company. Margherita is also the contact person for incentive travels throughout Europe and the Mediterranean area. Margherita is a member of SITE, the Society of Incentive and Travel Executives, and President SITE Italy

Sergio Fiorillo
Administrative consultant of Motivation has a long widespread experience in the accounting field, apart from a distinctive talent in technology.

Cristina Addari
Group co-ordinator, Cristina arrived at Motivation 7 years ago, and thanks to her enthusiasm, dedication and flexibility, she fitted perfectly with the rest of the team.

Alessandra Marino
With a degree in Communication, Alessandra adds her creativity and knowledge to our motivated team. After 2 years in the group, Alessandra has already reached an excellent capacity in the organisation of events and incentives throughout Italy.

Franca Faragasso
Administrative manager of Motivation, Franca has a degree in Economy and a constant interest in widening her experience in administrative matters.
