Paola Casentini
Co-owner since 2000, managing director, began her career in the United States. Back in Italy, she continued her profession at American Express, contributing in first person with Joep van Belle to the creation and development of 'Motivation' in Rome. Paola is a member of MPI, Meeting Professionals International and President MPI Italy.

Margherita Ruggiero
Co-owner since 2000, director of marketing, Margherita has long been working in the conference and meetings organisation sector before happily joining 'Motivation' 12 years ago, bringing with her a consistent contribution to innovation in the company. Margherita is also the contact person for incentive travels throughout Europe and the Mediterranean area. Margherita is a member of SITE, the Society of Incentive and Travel Executives, and Past President SITE Italy

Silvio Pompamea
Consultant of Motivation since many years now, Silvio has a huge experience in the organization of events and incentive trips for top depanding clientele.

Sergio Fiorillo
Consultant of Motivation, Sergio has a wide experience in the accounting field and a distinctive talent for technology.

Fabiola Mordeglia
Assistant Project Manager, Fabiola is originally from North-Western Italy and an expert of the Liguria region. She fluently speaks Italian and English. Enthusiastic and motivated, Fabiola fits perfectly the rest of the team.

Franca Faragasso
Administrative manager of Motivation, Franca has a degree in Economics and a constant interest in widening her experience in administrative matters.
