We are consultants with a deep knowledge and different skills in the organization of events and experiential activities.

Founded in Rome in 1986, Motivation focused since the beginning on corporate events, incentive travels, meetings, launches of new products, special cultural travels.

Thanks to such a long experience, we at Motivation have developed valuable relationship in Italy and abroad and we are internationally recognized as experienced and reliable partners.

Today our core business is still related to corporate events with the addition of a specific area dedicated to luxury travels and events.

Motivation is also founding partner of “Meet in Action” an alliance of professionals specializing in every aspect of the meeting industry. Main office is Verona with many other seats all over Italy.

The company is in the hands of the two business partners, Paola and Margherita, a permanent team of staff members and a number of consultants and professionals with specific skills all with one fundamental characteristic: a huge passion for this job!



Paola started her career in the United States. Back in her hometown, Rome, she continued her profession at American Express, contributing in first person with Joep van Belle to the creation and development of ‘Motivation’. Paola is Past President of MPI Italia, the Italian chapter of the international association “Meeting Professionals International”.


Margherita started working as meeting planner in Sorrento, her hometown, before happily joining ‘Motivation’ in 1996, contributing to innovation in the company – and continues in this direction developing new activities for the clientele. Margherita is Past President of SITE Italy, the Italian Chapter of the international “Society for Incentive Travel Exellence”.
