The hardest part of an event in Italy is rarely the idea. It is the fact that the perfect room is four hundred years old, protected, and was never wired for three hundred people.
We produce corporate events across Italy: product launches, client galas, anniversaries, board dinners, awards evenings and team building that adults do not resent. The work runs from finding the room to striking the set at two in the morning.
Historic venues are our normal working condition, and they come with rules — load-in windows, weight limits, fire officers, heritage officials, neighbours. Knowing those rules before the creative is signed off is the difference between an event that happens and an event that gets redrawn a fortnight out.
We would rather tell you in week one that a venue cannot take your set than let you find out in week nine.

Heritage authorisations, fire and safety, noise limits, ZTL access, SIAE. Filed on time, by people who have filed them before.
Production
Staging, audio, lighting, video, sets, furniture, flowers. Specified against what the building can physically take.

Caterers matched to the venue and the occasion, with tastings before you commit.
Team building
Regattas, treasure hunts through a city centre, kitchen competitions. Designed so that the quiet people are not punished.

A production team present from load-in to strike, with a run-of-show that survives contact with reality.

What the event is for, how many people, and what the room needs to do. We test the idea against real venues before anybody falls in love with it.
Proposal
A first itemized proposal within 48 hours: venue options with their constraints stated, production outline, costs per line.
Build
Site inspections, technical surveys, permits filed, suppliers contracted, run-of-show written.
Delivery
Load-in, rehearsal, event, strike. Our team is on site for all of it.
Can you find venues that are not publicly listed?
That is most of what we do. A significant share of the buildings we use are privately owned and never marketed — access runs through relationships built over thirty years, not through a directory.
Do you handle production, or only the venue?
Both, and we prefer both. Splitting venue and production between two companies is where most Italian events go wrong: the constraints of a protected building only surface when somebody tries to hang something from it.
How far ahead do you need for a gala or launch?
Four to six months is comfortable for a major venue in a major city. Permits, not availability, are usually the limiting factor.
Do you do team building as a standalone?
Yes, and we also build it into longer programmes. Formats range from a sailing regatta to a treasure hunt through a historic centre to a kitchen competition — chosen so that the introverts in the group are not being penalised.
