01Incentives

An incentive is not a holiday with a logo on it. It is a reward that has to feel earned, and it fails quietly when it feels bought off a shelf.

We design incentive programmes across Italy for companies who have already decided that the trip matters. That usually means access rather than luxury for its own sake: a cellar that does not receive visitors, a museum after closing, a boat instead of a coach, a dinner in a house where somebody actually lives.

Nothing here is drawn from a catalogue. Each programme is built once, for one group, around what that group is being thanked for — and priced line by line so the client can see where the money goes.

To your first proposal

A sketch, never a package. Two groups have never received the same programme from this studio, and the second version of any idea is always better than the first.

02What makes one work

Access, then everything else.

Doors that stay shut

Private cellars, closed kitchens, cloisters, palazzi in family hands. Thirty years of relationships, not a booking engine.

Hosts, not guides

The winemaker, the chef, the restorer, the sailing master. People who do the thing, talking about the thing.

Reward that reads as reward

Rooms and tables chosen so the group knows, without being told, that somebody spent thought on this.

Logistics that disappear

Transfers, timings, luggage, dietary requirements, the one delegate who always arrives a day late. Handled, invisibly.

One planner throughout

The person who wrote your programme is the person on site during it.

Plan B, written down

Weather, strikes, a supplier that folds. Alternatives are drawn before departure, not invented on the coach.

03How a programme takes shape

From brief to departure.

01

The brief

Who is being rewarded, for what, and what they already know about Italy. The last part matters more than people expect — half our work is avoiding what the group has already seen.

02

The sketch

A first itemized proposal within 48 hours: route, houses, experiences, costs per line, and the two or three elements we would defend hardest.

03

Refinement

You cut, we rebuild. Most programmes go through three versions before anybody signs anything.

04

Delivery

Our team is on the ground for the whole programme, with a written contingency plan and a single number that answers.

04Questions we’re actually asked

How far ahead should we book an incentive in Italy?

For groups over fifty in the high season, nine to twelve months is comfortable and six is workable. Below thirty people we have built good programmes in eight weeks. The constraint is almost never the hotel — it is the private venue, the boat, or the closure permit.

Do you handle the whole group, or only the ground programme?

Whatever the client needs. Some agencies keep flights and registration and hand us everything that happens after landing; others hand us the entire programme including production and communication.

What size of group do you take?

From ten people to around four hundred. Above that we would tell you honestly that another operator is a better fit — we are not built for mass movements and the quality would show it.

Can you work under our brand?

Yes. A large part of our work is white label for agencies abroad who want to keep their client relationship intact.

05Next step

Start with a brief.

Tell us who is being rewarded and what for. A first itemized proposal comes back within 48 hours.
